Quality Assurance NorcaTec LLC recognizes that the application of advanced technology demands critical control and scrutiny of all production facets. NorcaTec's management endorses every means available to ensure optimum quality of its product through a Total Quality Management (TQM) Program. The basis of the program is to provide a continual improvement in quality while reducing product cycle time and cost. A team concept with our customers, employees, and suppliers provides a unified force for accomplishing the program.

Quality Assurance (cont) With a written philosophy of quality that is used throughout our organization NorcaTec's motto is "Do it right the first time". To assist this philosophy NorcaTec has emphasized the use of Approved Suppliers, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Written Procedures, etc. to define processes, measure performance, evaluate data, and implement Corrective Action. NorcaTec presently operates their Quality System to MIL-I-45208A and have started the process of being certified to ISO 9002.
